Welcome to Brighton and Hove City Council's Adoption Support Passport. Children adopted from care can have ongoing needs and you and your child may benefit from ongoing adoption support at different times in your family's life. We are pleased to publish the Adoption Support Passport in order to tell you about the services that we provide for adoptive families.

The Passport has been developed by a range of service providers across the city, in social care, education, health and the voluntary sector, with the help of adoptive parents living in our city. It will continue to grow as each service appoints an adoption champion to develop joined-up adoption and attachment-aware city-wide services for children and their families.
