The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) has been commissioned by the Department for Education to undertake an evaluation of the Adoption Support Fund (ASF). As part of the evaluation, surveys of adopters and professionals working in adoption support are currently being carried out.
The surveys aim to explore whether the ASF has changed the experiences of adopters, prospective adopters, service providers and local authority employees working within adoption support. This survey also refreshes the Adoption UK survey ‘It takes a village to raise a child: A survey about adoption support’
Responses will help us understand the impact of the ASF and enable us to gain a picture of the experiences across the different groups.
There are three separate surveys, please complete the one that applies to you:
- Adoptive parents and prospective adopters
- Adoption support providers working in England
- Local authority employees working in adoption support in England
For any questions about the surveys please contact A.Hahne@TavInstitute.org.
