To access a PDF file, all you require is a piece of widely available software called Adobe Reader. Most new computers come with this software already installed. If you do not have it you can download download Adobe Reader free of charge.

To view PDF, MS Word, MS Excel or MS Powerpoint documents simply click on the relevant link and the document will display in your browser window. To save a document to your computer, PC users right click and select "save target as", Mac users control-click and select "download link to disk".
